Executive & Leadership Coaching
Coaching begins with a scoping conversation to understand your priorities and needs. We then co-design a coaching engagement that aligns with your goals, typically over 4–6 sessions. This is where the work takes place, uncovering the new perspectives and ideas needed to successfully address your objectives.
Coaching Circles for Organisations
Coaching Circles are facilitated peer learning groups designed to accelerate leadership capability and build a coaching culture. Each circle brings together leaders with shared organisational context and development priorities. The format fosters deep reflection, shared insight, and collective accountability through structured dialogue and experiential learning.
Typical engagements run monthly over 4–6 sessions, and can be tailored for specific leadership levels or strategic themes.
