1:1 Coaching

It begins with a conversation to discuss your coaching goals and make sure we are a good fit. Moving forward, we will agree on a coaching programme and budget that suits you and your aims. I typically work with clients for 4-6 sessions, each session lasting 90 minutes. This is where the work takes place, uncovering the new perspectives and ideas needed to successfully address your objectives.

 

Coaching Circles

Many find learning with others helps to bring a fresh standpoint from the collective experience and builds a supportive network. It is also a more cost effective way of benefitting from coaching. I created Coaching Circles to enable recently promoted and seasoned managers to refine their leadership skills. Each group holds 4-6 professionals from a variety of industries, meeting every month for 6 months.
